Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: As soon as you can! All of our cakes are made to order, and can usually make deliver them with 48 hours notice. Our chocolates can be made with 10 days notice.
Q: I've left my cake to the last minute and the website says you are already booked out! Is there any chance you can squeeze my order in?
A: We might be able to! Call us to see if we can help!
Q: Can you write a personalised message on my cake?
A: Unfortunately not. If you would like your cake personalised, we highly recommend purchasing a customised cake topper through www.communicakeit.com. They are familiar with our style of cakes, and create something awesome to match. Please have these delivered to your home, and not to us. We do not place these on cakes due to their fragile nature.
Q: I've seen a cake on your Instagram feed that I really like. Can you make something similar?
A: Our cake collection online is what we are currently offering. If you have seen a style on our Instagram feed you love from the past, we may be able to accommodate your order with an additional customisation fee. Please speak to customer service to see if we can help.
Q: Can you copy a picture from another cake maker?
A: No, sorry! We only make Unbirthday cakes with our signature style and from our current online collection.
Q: Do you make Vegan or Gluten Free Cakes?
A: No sorry! All of our cakes contain flour, eggs, milk and butter and we are unable to substitute these ingredients in our recipes.
Q: How do I place my order online?
A: Orders are placed on our secure online shop with credit card payment.
Choose your preferred cake style, size then let us know where and when you would like it delivered - we'll look after the rest.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

Q: Can I pick up my cake from your kitchen?
A: No, sorry! All of our orders include a complimentary delivery service to selected areas in Sydney to save our customers time and hassle. Any orders outside this area can be delivered for a small fee. Read more here.
Q: When can I expect my delivery?
A: We will deliver your order to address in time frame you select. Our customer service team will also be in touch to confirm your delivery via text or phone call.
Q: Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
A: Yes, we can change any order if notice is given 72 hours before your delivery date.
Simply email us your order confirmation number and what you would like to change.
We will confirm all updated orders via email.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We are able to offer cash refund or store credit with if you need to cancel your order within 5 days of the delivery date.
Please note there is a 10% order processing fee that is not refundable.
